Luxury Optical Holdings Acquires Au Courant

Las Vegas, NV - April 8, 2008 – Luxury Optical Holdings (LOH) has reached a definite agreement to purchase the retail locations known as AU COURANT, with eyewear boutiques located in Bal Harbor, Florida; Troy, Michigan and Princeton, Michigan; and New Jersey. This acquisition further solidifies Luxury Optical Holdings as the most exclusive retailer of luxury eyewear in America.

AU COURANT, founded by Dr. Herman Bennett, has been a leading icon of the luxury sector of the optical industry for the past 35 years and has built a tremendous reputation within the industry and with it the most distinctive clientele. By going forward with this acquisition, Dr. Bennett is pleased that AU COURANT will continue to be a part of the growing luxury retail market.
